CANCER SUPPORT GROUP

TALKIN’ DIABETES DISCUSSION GROUP
> Second Thursday of the month, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Informal monthly discussion group regarding diabetes self-care. The group is facilitated by a certified diabetes educator or other qualified individual. Updates on diabetes care are regularly shared at meetings. (Check Cheshire Medical Center info desk for room location.)
