Senior citizens 60 years and older can receive a free passport to better health information and, at the same time, have an opportunity to partake in the Cheshire Medical Center’s passport meal program.
Community members and patients 60 years and older are invited to receive a free passport to better health information and discounted meals.
Membership in the Senior Passport Program entitles participants to:
- Free nutrition, exercise, and health education lectures and classes.
- Discounted meal from the Art Nichols Café Home Station.

Senior Passport offers affordable and balanced meals. Senior Passport Members receive an entrée with two sides from the Art Nichols Cafe Home Station and a small beverage* for $4.95.
*Beverages included in price: Vitality water, 8oz milk, small hot beverage
Meals are served during the following times:
Saturday & Sunday, 11:30am-1:30pm and 4:30pm-6:30pm
In order to receive the discounted meal price, please bring your Senior Passport Meal Card each time you dine. After ten meals are stamped on your card, the next one is free!
