Health Education + Support
Health Education and Support for the Monadnock Region
NOTE: For the health and safety of our patients and staff, we have suspended all events, workshops and support groups through March and April, 2020
Cheshire Medical Center offers classes and workshops designed to provide learning opportunities and supportive connections with others on similar paths to optimal wellbeing.
Our educational programs fall into two major categories:
- Healthy Living with a focus on topics that support overall health
- Resilient Living with a focus on topics that support overall wellbeing
Also, please note that some of our programs are especially suited for seniors in our community or families with children. View our Senior Connections page to see health + wellness support for seniors in the Monadnock Region. Cheshire Medical Center also offers prenatal and postpartum Childbirth Education Programs.
